ABOUT Dave
Dave Leichtman is the Vice-chair for Technology and Communications of the Democratic Party of Virginia. For 7 years, Dave has served on DPVA’s Steering Committee, including starting and managing the Tech Working Group and representing the state party on the Association of State Democratic Chairs’ Tech Committee. Dave previously served as a member of the DPVA Central Committee from the 8th District and as the long-time Tech Director of Arlington Democrats.
Why Dave?
It’s 2020, and yet we can count on one hand the number of DNC members who have any expertise in campaign tech or security. Dave has a multi-point plan for the DNC that includes increasing youth representation, establishing a Tech Committee, abolishing state presidential caucuses and more. He will bring a practical, hands-on approach to the committee.
